"I was VERY DISAPPOINTED to find out one of Hannah's employees changed my auto policy without informing me. And then let someone that is not listed on my policy add a vehicle to that policy without my knowledge. It took over a month for me to realize the first policy number and change took place, and that information was already null and void before I got it, do to the employee adding a vehicle onto that policy without my consent. I have nothing against State Farm. They have always been good to me, and the employee did apologize to me. But I find this unacceptable. Update. I was giving this office the benefit of the doubt, but after asking repeatedly to make some changes to my policy, I got nowhere. So I called after hours and talked to corporate. After 2 months of changing my policy, Hannah's employee called me to let me know own he was submitting paperwork to update my policy. I also received 3 different bills for the same vehicles (within 3 days) all with different policy numbers and different amounts. When I called correctly again. I was told I did not have insurance through State Farm for my vehicles. Even though the 6 bills on my table stated a due date 2 -3 weeks after this phone call. I cannot rely or trust this office. I found other insurance."

"READ THIS DADDY. She is selling policies on insurance she can't answer questions for. Now I had a accident, and she's not telling me what she should or I ask. felt as tho Hannah pulled a con on me. I would never do business with them again. She was nasty to me on the phone too, and interrupted after the convo led to so much doubt and incompetence She will not help you, but they will sell you more insurance. He'll look me up l'Il tell you all about it. These people don't communicate well, and make you do all the work. I was with them over ten years this is my first major accident (with them), car is totaled they said, i dont believe it one bit, it's a van worth 12k they say, and THEY STATED they will only fix up to 6k of it, if a estimate is over they wont do it and total the car!!! But every van around with way more mileage in poor condition is worth 5 more thousand on the net. a deer hit me, i was going 25 mph, damage was so minimal, Iknow she just wanted to give me a hard time. I asked for material on where it states this in my policy, she sent me total garbage, that in no way shows this bogus info..This is not the end of THIS!! On top if I wanted to retain the vehicle keep it get the work done, or do it myself they won't give me the price of the vehicle bc they can't sell it. They will give it to me for many thousands less only, and only repair thousands less. That's a scam! Sham and shame on these people! And this company wouldn't tell you this when you sign up and they try and force you to give them the title quick so they can take advantage of you not knowing things. So what does full coverage mean. And why is someone charged over 3k to keep a vehicle they paid for themselves have insurance on, but when it comes down to it, you will not get your insurance full coverage! That's state farms claim rep. On top of that they will NOT allow you to speak to there supervisors if somethings going wrong!!! Hannah wpuldnt let me gwt in contact with supervisors either. RED FLAG, and I repeat seems she doesn't know about the policies she sells. State farm only pays for half the vehicles value if it needs repairs. Sold me insurance that if I salvage a vehicle I own the title, keep the vehicle I only get the costs of repairs. This is ten days later, still not sorted."
